Sarah Jane Houston – Miss Georgia Volunteer 2027
When Sarah Jane Houston was a little girl growing up in Albany, Georgia, she dreamed of seeing someone who looked like her wearing a crown. Born with a visual impairment that makes her legally blind, she quickly learned the power of representation. Today, as Miss Georgia Volunteer 2027, she is honored to be that representation for the next generation.
The oldest of six children, Sarah Jane was raised believing that leadership begins with service. That foundation has shaped every chapter of her life; from pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis at Troy University to serving as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she helps children with autism reach meaningful milestones each day.
Sarah Jane is the founder of See It. Be It., a movement dedicated to helping young people realize they belong in every room they dream of entering. Through school programs, keynote presentations, and community partnerships, she inspires children to choose possibility over limitation and confidence over doubt.
She is also the author of the children's book Janeybug's Big Day, which celebrates inclusion, confidence, and embracing what makes us unique through the story of a legally blind little girl. The book has been incorporated into educational curriculum across Georgia, allowing thousands of students to engage in meaningful conversations about empathy, kindness, and the importance of representation.
As the inaugural Ambassador for Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta, Sarah Jane partners with an organization committed to inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Through mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement, she helps empower the next generation of female leaders. She also collaborates with organizations across Georgia to expand access to education, volunteerism, and vision care because she believes every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Beyond the stage, Sarah Jane has built a thriving community as a content creator and influencer, using her platforms to share authentic moments, inspire volunteerism, highlight organizations making a difference, and encourage others to pursue lives of purpose. She believes social media is at its best when it fosters connection, creates opportunity, and reminds people they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
As Miss Georgia Volunteer 2027, Sarah Jane is proud to represent an organization whose mission reflects her own. She believes the greatest crowns are worn with rolled-up sleeves and a servant's heart. Whether speaking in a classroom, volunteering in her community, advocating for children with disabilities, or encouraging a young girl to believe in herself, Sarah Jane strives to leave every place- and every person- better than she found them. Because to her, the true measure of a title is never the crown you wear, but the lives you impact while wearing it.
Mary Margaret Cooper – Miss Georgia Teen Volunteer 2027
Mary Margaret Cooper's journey to the Miss Georgia Teen Volunteer crown has been guided by her faith, a heart for serving others, and a passion for helping young girls recognize their God-given worth. What began as a love for the stage has grown into something far greater- a mission to encourage tween girls to embrace who they are, believe in themselves, and know they are deeply valued.
As a high school senior, Mary Margaret is passionate about making a meaningful difference in her community. Whether she's speaking at schools, volunteering, mentoring younger girls, or sharing encouragement through social media, she strives to inspire others to lead with kindness, confidence, and purpose.
Her personal S.E.R.V.E. initiative, Know Your Worth, reminds tween girls that their value is never determined by the opinions of others but by who they were created to be. Through school outreach, mentorship, her weekly Tween Talk Thursdays series, Bible studies, a partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA, her tween devotional book, YouTube channel, and the distribution of Uh-Oh Kits in middle schools, Mary Margaret provides young girls with practical resources, lasting encouragement, and the confidence to embrace their unique potential.
Now, as Miss Georgia Teen Volunteer, Mary Margaret is honored to represent Georgia on the national stage at Miss Teen Volunteer America. She looks forward to sharing her passion for service, connecting with inspiring young women from across the country, and continuing to remind girls everywhere that when they truly know their worth, they can step boldly into the purpose God has planned for their lives.

A student at Kennesaw State University, Elleana is a talented creator, marketing professional, and passionate advocate for service. Through her initiative, Crafting Futures, she empowers young people to use creativity as a healthy outlet while promoting substance-free lifestyles and inspiring hope through the power of resilience.
As the inaugural Miss Georgia Azalea 2027, Elleana will serve as an ambassador for the Miss Georgia Volunteer Organization, representing our mission of scholarship, education, responsibility, volunteerism, and empowerment throughout the state of Georgia.
